Engineer's Estimate: $6,200,000.00 || Project Description: Repair and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes, including patching and coating interior surfaces of manholes, replacing manholes, replacing cleanouts, raising manholes, reforming inverts, and replacing manhole frames and covers. Cured-in-place pipe lining of existing sanitary sewer pipes. Pipe bursting existing sanitary sewer mains and reconnection of the existing laterals. Replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains and lateral connections. Bypass pumping and/or rerouting of sewage as necessary for construction of the project per plans and specifications. Spot repairs and lateral connection repairs. Dewatering and the construction of all temporary shoring and slope protection systems required to complete the work. Water pollution control and site protection measures shown on the plans, specified herein, and/or required by regulatory agencies. Traffic and pedestrian control throughout construction in conformance with the plans, and as directed by the City. Replacement of damaged or disturbed landscaping, private improvements, fences, curb & gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, traffic loops, and other miscellaneous items. Site restorations for areas disturbed by construction. Other miscellaneous and incidental improvements for complete facilities.

Engineer’s Estimate: $997,160.00 || The project consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC and roof at the Doelger Art Center in Daly City. The scope of work for the HVAC includes the replacement of existing furnaces and flues, installation of new registers, and removal of obsolete MEP piping, conduit, and equipment. The scope of work for the roof includes the preparation of existing built-up roof surface, installation of a new spray polyurethane foam roof, modification of the perimeter curb for new or enlarged roof drain scuppers, addition of new overflow scuppers, and replacement of the existing coping. All work is shown on the project plans and specifications.

Engineer's Estimate: $1,210,000 | This Project includes furnishing all labor and materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to replace, rehabilitate, or newly install approximately 3,500 LF of existing 6- inch or 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe at various locations throughout the Town using open cut, horizontal Directional Drilling, and pipe bursting methods in the public right-of-way and along easement areas. Work shall be completed within 180 Calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.

Engineer's Estimate: $1,250,000

Engineer’s Estimate: $944,805 | The work includes, but is not limited to: destroying existing water supply well, grouting in-place a steel conductor casing, maintaining a drilling fluid program, drilling a production borehole beneath the conductor casing, performing surveys in the completed borehole, installing casing assembly, equipping the casing with centralizers, installing a still well in the casing, installing a gravel fill pipe, installing a graded gravel envelope, and placing sand/cement annular seal.

Engineer’s Estimate: $490,000.00 | The work includes, but is not limited to: Removing the existing roof system, furnishing and installing new mechanically-fastened thermoplastic PVC roofing system on wood deck, including roof insulation, rood insulation cover board, and walkway. All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.

Engineers Estimate: $1,160,000.00 || The Work includes, without limitation, removing and replacing equipment, wetwells, manholes, sewer pipe, forcemains, installing a new wetwell and valve vault and new equipment at sewage lift station. Equipment to be replaced and installed include pumps, piping, valves, electrical and telemetry equipment, sewer mains, manholes, forecemains, and other items shown to be constructed on the contract drawings or specifications, including repair, and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility. Work includes Contractors responsibility to field verify and field route proposed pipelines to minimize conflicts.

Engineer's Estimate: $2,577,578.00 || The project is an accessibility and energy efficiency improvement project for the existing 2-story Serramonte Library building that was built in 1975. The scope of work includes installation of a new elevator to connect the upper and lower levels of the library, replacement of the existing interior lighting of the upper and lower levels including a new drop ceiling and associated fire sprinklers, renovations of the lower level restrooms to be ADA compliant, and replacement of the existing roof mounted mechanical air handler units and associated roof.

Engineer's Estimate: $6,200,000.00 || The work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, water pollution control, dust prevention and control, site cleanup, asphalt concrete grinding/removal, asphalt concrete installation, asphalt concrete base repair, ADA ramp construction, utility cover lowering & restoring to grade, loop detector replacement, striping removal & replacement at various locations Citywide.

Engineers Estimate: $115,000.00 || Items of work include but are not limited to: • Provide submittals for owner review for all materials. • Surface preparation and installation of interior coating in the interior of new manway hatches being welded in under separate contract on two contact clarifier tanks. • Surface preparation and installation of exterior coating on two contact clarifier tanks. • Surface preparation and installation of exterior coating on three filter tanks. • Surface preparation and installation of exterior coating on one coagulation tank. • Provide containment and disposal for lead based paint as required by laws and regulations based on lead testing results provided by owner. • Coordination of schedule with separate welding project for contact clarifier work.
