Engineers Estimate: $2,000,000 | This project consists of striping removal, crack sealing, pavement grinding, localized asphalt concrete repair, asphalt overlays, slurry seal, pavement reconstruction, curb and gutter repair, curb ramp installment/replacement, installation of traffic striping and markings, installation of traffic signage, grade adjustments, bituminous layer repair, paver replacement, and utility adjustments.

Engineer's Estimate: $380,000.00 | The work involves the labor and materials to install the modular buildings on site and provide the necessary maintenance and servicing as described in the attached documents. Work that includes delivering, installing, and setting up the new buildings to allow for use shall be completed within 40 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.

Engineer's Estimate: $902,833 | Removal of the existing synthetic turf playing surface and installation of a new synthetic turf playing surface as called out in the contract documents. Work shall also include minor base fine tuning and infill installation as called out in the documents.

Engineer’s Base Bid Cost Estimate: $505,081.90 | Engineer’s Bid Additive Cost Estimate: $147,145.90

Engineer's Estimate: $233,000.00 | The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of, in general, mobilization; providing traffic control; providing construction area signs; daily cleanup; testing; safety; trenchless water main rehabilitation using flexible fabric reinforced pipe (FFRP) and FFRP end connectors; final connections to the existing water main with new water main installed by open trench construction; fire hydrant lateral and assembly replacement; asphalt paving restoration; striping and marking restoration; utility adjustments; cleaning the site at the end of the job.
