The work includes removing and replacing sanitary sewer mains, connecting sewer laterals to the new sanitary sewer main, removing and replacing sanitary sewer manholes, and connecting storm drain fly lines to the new sanitary sewer manholes. All surface improvements impacted by the work shall be restored, including but not limited to the street, sidewalk, curb, gutter, and median per City and District standards.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals to perform the work specified in the Plans and Specifications and Contract Documents for the removal of a decommissioned Underground Storage Tank and its associated components located at 909 East Hillsdale Blvd.

The City San of Bruno (“City”), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals to provide scheduled well rehabilitation, preventative mechanical maintenance, and emergency repairs to the City’s water wells, pump stations, and related facilities. The Contractor must be able to respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours and within 48 hours for non-emergency repairs. Primary work includes, but is not limited to, all labor and equipment to repair, replace, adjust, and maintain pumps, motors, and related mechanical systems; inspect, repair, and replace media filters; pull and inspect wire cable/power supply; video inspection; testing; and emergency response.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals to perform the work specified in the Plans and Specifications and Contract Documents for procurement and delivery of seven (7) outdoor standby power generators, automatic transfer switches, and associated equipment.

The work includes shaft, portal, and tunnel construction; tunnel enlargement; wetland construction; construction of a collection box, culvert sections, diversion structure, and solids removal device in existing canal; an outfall pipe, concrete outfall structure, outfall piping, and outfall apron; demolition work, intake system, roadway improvements, associated electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work including an instrumentation building, and site restoration.

Engineer’s Estimate is $138,000 | The work includes, but is not limited to: • Removing existing manhole • Installing drilled piers • Installing concrete base slab • Tie concrete base slab to existing soldier piles • Installing new precast concrete manhole

Engineers Estimate: $4,820,000 | Project Description: The proposed work is as follows: 1. Mobilization/Demobilization: Mobilization/removal of construction materials and construction equipment, payment of bonds and insurance, permits, preconstruction conference and photographic documentation, and other preparatory work limited to a maximum amount of five (5) percent of the Bid Price. 2. Construction of the 3 Water Pumping Improvements in the Pump Pit, including replacement of the existing (4) 3 Water pumps and associated pipe supports, piping, valves and appurtenances and pads, connections to existing systems, instruments, conduit and wiring, electrical and instrumentation, demolition of existing piping and appurtenances, and incidentals for a complete and usable facility as indicated on the Contract Documents. 3. Construction of the Ferric Chloride to Combined Sludge Line Project, including installation of new ferric chloride metering pumps, ferric chloride transfer pump, ferric chloride day tank, connections to ferric chloride yard piping, and associated appurtenances, piping and injection point, pads, connections to existing systems, instruments, conduit and wiring, electrical and instrumentation, demolition of existing piping and appurtenances, and incidentals for complete and usable facility as indicated on the Contract Documents. 4. Construction of the stormwater pump improvements in the Pump Pit, including demolition of 4 existing spent backwash pumps and associate pipe supports, installation of 4 new stormwater pumps, piping, pipe supports, valves and appurtenances and pads, connections to existing systems, instruments, conduit and wiring, electrical and instrumentation, potholing to confirm stormwater connections, and incidentals for a complete and usable facility as indicated on the Contract Documents. 5. All other work required to make the project whole and complete. The Work described requires that the Bidder be licensed by the State of California as a Class A Contractor.

Engineer’s Estimate $9,500,000 | The project involves installing a carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) lining system in existing wastewater pipelines ranging from 42 to 84 inches in diameter. It includes designing and constructing a temporary bypass for Aeration Basin influent, applying protective coatings to metallic piping, and performing concrete crack repairs, structural modifications, and surface coatings. Additive bid items include coating the Activated Sludge Mixing Box, and repairing the 42-inch pipe using either CFRP lining or grout fill.

Engineering Estimate: $1,450,000 | This project involves the replacement, rehabilitation and new installation of approximately 3,400 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipes, within the public right-of-way and easement area. Pipe installation methods may include trenching or horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and pipe-bursting. The project also includes manhole removal/ replacement, new manhole installation and safely removing and disposing of asbestos concrete pipes (ACP).

Engineers Estimate: $5,800,000
