Engineer’s estimate $1,000,000 | The work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Pipe Bursting: Replace approximately 1,149 linear feet of existing sewer main using pipe bursting methods, upsizing from 10-inch to 12-inch diameter pipe to increase capacity. 2. CIPP Lining – Shelter Creek Project: Install Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining in approximately 1,400 linear feet of 18-inch diameter sewer main. 3. CIPP Lining – Portola Project: Install CIPP lining in approximately 131 linear feet of 54-inch diameter storm drain. 4. Surface Restoration: Repair all sidewalk, curb, gutter, and ADA ramps displaced or damaged due to pipe bursting operations, at the discretion of the City inspector or engineer. 5. Utility Potholing: Perform exploration potholing near existing structures and utilities prior to pipe bursting activities. 6. Lateral Reconnection: Replace and reconnect all discovered sanitary sewer laterals not shown on the plans or previously identified. 7. Permit Coordination: Coordinate with Caltrans 8. Secure necessary permit per Section 01 41 00 (Regulatory Requirements). 9. Temporary traffic control per Section 01 51 00 (Temporary Facilities and Control). 10. Site cleaning and removal of debris, equipment, and excess material from the sites upon completion of work 11.
