Engineer’s Cost Estimate: $990,006.00 | This project includes pavement maintenance, such as cold planning, asphalt concrete overlay, thermoplastic striping, and other miscellaneous items. Project limits include Miramontes Avenue from Alsace Lorraine Avenue to the western cul-de-sac, Alsace Lorraine Avenue from Kelly Avenue to Valdez Avenue, Potter Avenue from Miramontes Avenue to Valdez Avenue, Granelli Avenues from the Second Avenue alley to Railroad Avenue, Myrtle Street from Third Avenue to Second Avenue, Second Avenue from Filbert Street intersection north to the midblock between Filbert Street and Myrtle Street, and Filbert Street from Second Avenue to Railroad Avenue.

The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools and supervision to perform landscape maintenance as described herein including, but not limited to, the following: (a) Weed control and cultivation – both mechanically and/or with chemicals. (b) Fertilization (see Attachment A) (c) Shrub trimming, pruning and training. (d) Tree care as prescribed in technical specifications. (e) General pest control, including insects and diseases, as necessary to maintain a healthy environment for plant growth. This includes rodents, snails and slugs (f) General litter pick-up, refuse and debris removal from planters and landscape areas. (g) Hardscape cleaning: clean and remove graffiti from planters, controller boxes, and backflow devices. Proposers are to refer to the Technical Specifications section for median locations, site access, and other relevant routes of access.

Engineers Estimate: $830,000 | This project includes installation of approximately 900 linear feet of dual walled HDPE storm drain pipe, subdrains, catch basins, manholes and an outfall on Shady Lane, Hillsborough. The work is to be complete within a period of 60 calendar days.

Engineer’s Estimate: $520,000 | The work includes, but is not limited to: The work includes, but is not limited to connecting new water lines and sewer laterals to existing mains, trenching and installing new pressure regulator valve and vault, installing water main and components, removing existing valves and abandoning vault and pipes, installing SCADA wireless unit, conduits, and PG&E Service connection, installing ADA ramp and restoring concrete and asphalt work. SECOND PRE-BID MEETING: Monday, August 18 @ 10 AM starting at the offices of the Coastside County Water District, 776 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, California 94019 | Engineer's Estimate: $1,860,000 | A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday August 12, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time starting at the office of the Coastside County Water District, 766 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, California 94019.

Engineer’s estimate $1,000,000 | The work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Pipe Bursting: Replace approximately 1,149 linear feet of existing sewer main using pipe bursting methods, upsizing from 10-inch to 12-inch diameter pipe to increase capacity. 2. CIPP Lining – Shelter Creek Project: Install Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining in approximately 1,400 linear feet of 18-inch diameter sewer main. 3. CIPP Lining – Portola Project: Install CIPP lining in approximately 131 linear feet of 54-inch diameter storm drain. 4. Surface Restoration: Repair all sidewalk, curb, gutter, and ADA ramps displaced or damaged due to pipe bursting operations, at the discretion of the City inspector or engineer. 5. Utility Potholing: Perform exploration potholing near existing structures and utilities prior to pipe bursting activities. 6. Lateral Reconnection: Replace and reconnect all discovered sanitary sewer laterals not shown on the plans or previously identified. 7. Permit Coordination: Coordinate with Caltrans 8. Secure necessary permit per Section 01 41 00 (Regulatory Requirements). 9. Temporary traffic control per Section 01 51 00 (Temporary Facilities and Control). 10. Site cleaning and removal of debris, equipment, and excess material from the sites upon completion of work 11. Engineer's Estimate = $765,000 | The work includes, but is not limited to: performing base repair at identified locations, placing crack seal, slurry sealing existing street, replacing concrete curb and gutters, install traffic calming improvements and restriping existing striping markings. This project comprises a comprehensive upgrade to the exiting sports field lighting infrastructure across multiple city sports fields in City Parks. The work includes, but is not limited to site preparation, safe removal and disposal of existing fixtures (including PCB management), installation of new pole to Diamond 3, and the installation of code-compliant LED lighting to Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) standards. Thorough testing and commissioning, coupled with stringent safety protocols. Bidders are to refer to Technical Specifications section for field locations, site access, and pole locations.
