PROJECT 2026-02 Shoreway Environmental Center Concrete Pad and Side Yard Development Project

Project Description: Shoreway Environmental Center Concrete Pad Side Yard Developments Project includes (1) base bid Container Storage Area for Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) storage containers. Construct concrete slab alongside east side of MRF Building to support stacked storage containers and (2) bid alternate Parking Pad Area – construct concrete slab alongside the east side of the Transfer Station building for truck parking. Work is adjacent to the main driveway/corridors of the facility and cannot conflict with site operations in any way. Work shall occur after operating hours, M-F after 6:00 PM and weekends after 5:00 PM. If working weekends, roads shall return to service the following Monday morning, prior to 2:00 AM local time. Coordinate workdays, equipment and material delivery and storage, start and finish times, and other site matters with the facility general manager, Dwight Herring. Work shall be completed within 60 days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
