Engineers Estimate: $12,400,000 | A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held on May 27, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Los Prados No. 1 Lift Station located at the intersection of S. Norfolk Street and La Selva Street, San Mateo, CA.

Engineers Estimate : $240,000-$260,000 (Base Bid plus Alternate Bid) | The scope of work consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to perform 6-inch digouts, crack sealing, slurry seal, replacement of pavement markings and striping, utility adjustments, installation of signal loop detectors or Vantage Vector Hybrid Camera Detection and all associated work.

Engineers Estimate: $5,000,000 | Foundation retrofit of an existing Public library that has experienced settlement. Includes installation of helical piles and new tie beams. The existing floors will be releveled to address slope issues caused by settlement. Additional structural work includes seismic retrofit. Accessibility upgrades throughout the entire site; upgrades to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems; site improvements; new plantings and irrigation; and demolition and relocation of the exterior deck.

Engineers Estimate: $500,000 | The general scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to the construction of new EV charger station infrastructure installation which includes obtaining an encroachment permit; electrical provisions for the connection of new EV charging station equipment including providing new switchboard, panelboard and transformer equipment, construction of a new gravel-filled median island for electrical equipment, electrical equipment pads, and EV charger pads; installation of wheel stops; installation of permanent, removable, and surface mount bollards; removal and replacement of existing fencing; landscape restoration; concrete curbs; paving; and striping of the parking lot.

This project comprises a comprehensive upgrade to the exiting tennis courts infrastructure. The work includes, but is not limited to repairing exposed asphalt areas, including leveling surfaces, filling and sanding cracks, and applying multiple coats of acrylic resurfacer and color. Additionally, this project includes painting net posts, reusing or replacing nets, and striping four tennis courts and two pickleball courts.
